Ps. 51:1-18

take away verse:

Ps. 51:10

Start by reading Psalm 51.

God knows about all the wrong we've done - and all the good we've failed to do. We've wronged God as well as others, but he longs to forgive us and set us free us from our guilt and from all that's past.

Take a piece of film, and with a WASHABLE pen write down the things you are ready to ask God to forgive.

Then dip the film in the water and receive God's forgiveness - let God wash you with his love and make you clean.

Know that you are truly forgiven!

Dry the film and, with a PERMANENT pen, write yourself a message to remind you that God has forgiven you.

Take a Bible verse as you go.

take away verse:

Ps. 91:2

Start by reading Psalm 91.

God wants us to trust in him, to experience his love and peace, and to let him deal with our fears.

Choose a snake to represent something you feel anxious or fearful about, and consider what it would mean to surrender that fear to God.

When you're ready, entrust it to him, and take time to receive his peace.

Before you leave, you might like to 'trample the serpent'...
