Revd Canon Phil Groves Phil works as part of the team dedicated to fostering and developing international partnership at the Anglican Communion Office. He has worked in parish ministry in England and taught theology at St Philip's Kongwa in Tanzania. A Canon in the Diocese of Mpwapwa, he has also worked for the Church in Uganda and is a Trustee of the Church Mission Society.
